To register for the Mining Summit, please fill out the registration form appropriately and send it to:

From the moment when a registration form is sent to the organizer, the participant becomes liable to pay the total amount stated in the registration form, which covers registration fees, exhibition stand booking and adverts.
Cancellation must be in writing and at least one calendar month before the start of the event. If the payment is not done at the time of the cancellation,
the organizer will reserve the right to claim the payment of 80% from the participant. By sending your registration form, you acknowledge awareness and agreement with those terms. In the event that participants do not attend the event, the total fee will be forfeited.
Substitutions may be made, in advance or at the conference with proper documentation.
Proper documentation consists of a letter on company stationery displaying the name of the original delegate and the person who will be attending in his or her place. Display area location needs to be agreed upon with the organizing committee. If the organizing committee has allocated a space to the exhibitor in advance of the exhibition and the exhibitor has not complied with the payment deadlines, then the organizing committee will have full rights to move the exhibitor to another.
The Summit Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission where evidence of full payment cannot be shown.
Only cash payments will be received on the Summit days For your convenience, we advise that payments be made before the first day of the Summit. Make cheques payable to Ghana Chamber of Mines.
